Promoting the mission of strengthening Catholic schools, Archbishop Robert J. Carlson has presented the Archdiocese a pastoral plan for Catholic education.  “We must keep our schools Catholic,” Archbishop Carlson wrote in his pastoral letter. “We must grow them.
