Unveiling and Acknowledgement Ceremony of the Lynch Slave Pen plaque

A five-year effort to mark Missouri’s most notorious slave prison will come to fruition this month, when a bronze historical plaque will be installed on the exterior of the Stadium East parking garage across from Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium.

You are invited to participate in an Unveiling and Acknowledgment Ceremony of the plaque at the Lynch Slave Pen site on:

Wednesday, January 28 at 200 S. Broadway Street from 3 to 4 pm. 

Please consider prayerfully this opportunity to go and give personal witness to this tragic and infamous time and space in the history of our St. Louis City.
